Be reprimanded or negative judgments are not necessarily fun, especially if the impact to the employee’s dismissal. To prevent this from happening, an employee must be able to respond with improved warning, so that a similar wig does not happen again.
The following guidelines in dealing with a reprimand and how to cope.

• Have the time and opportunity for your boss to give arguments and your disapproval by giving objective reasons.

• Let your boss know that you have tried to be good employees. What do the changes become a better employee.

• Ask to join in the task or project that has a clear deadline. If you’ve been in it, carry out your duties well and according to the target.

• Show work behavior that is better than your behavior before accepting such a reprimand.
